Wait, I’m confused. Sorry, first time here. Why would you freeze dry candy to begin with? Is it already shelf stable?

Tip: Crack the shell of the M&M's for more reliable expansion. Just press down enough to hear a crack. Also I don't think the silicone dividers are necessary. They don't really stick together much I think due to the chocolate that melts on the outside helping them release. Also silicone mats/dividers insulate so I prefer just to use parchment paper for better heat transfer from the tray to the candy.

As an aspiring entrepreneur, my plan is to make an all around freeze drying business with fruits, candy, and ice cream. I’m going to advertise it all over social media shipping all over the world, giving my pitch to all the stores around me, and finally going to shows.
